These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Simon B's Website and services. Simon B is a registered company in England and Wales (Company No: 15647506).

1. Services

We provide freelance web design and development services including but not limited to: WordPress development, Webflow design, custom web applications, and SEO optimisation.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Our rate is £50 per hour or £360 per day
• Project quotes are valid for 30 days
• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Final payment due upon project completion
• Payment terms: 14 days net

3. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by client feedback, content provision, or scope changes may extend the timeline.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary content and materials in a timely manner
• Provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed

5. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, all rights to the completed website transfer to the client, excluding any third-party assets or open-source components.

6. Warranty & Support

• 30-day warranty on all development work
• Ongoing support available through maintenance packages
• Bug fixes covered under warranty at no additional cost

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel the project with written notice. Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
